Medical Office Building and Tenant Build-Outs

This is a major medical mall with new patient-focused designs for the hospital side and an integrated office building to convenience both providers and recipients of medical services. New building consists of various medical units including cardiovascular, surgical, therapy, operating rooms, outpatient procedure area, ICU, lobbies, gift shops, cafeteria, training facilities, orthopedic and more.

Genesys Regional Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility, designed and built to accommodate and aesthetically please patients, doctors and visitors. The skylights allow natural light to reflect in the atrium, hospital room windows and lobby, creating a feeling of warmth ad openness.

Genesys Health System took on the monumental task of merging four existing hospitals to create a "first of its kind," fully integrated medical campus. Genesys Regional Medical Center successfully aligned a 380-bed hospital, outpatient clinics, retail services and physician offices into a single, medical mega structure.
