McLaren Hospitality House | Flint, MI

Project consisted of a new 40,000 SF 2-story building plus basement and walkout lower level. The building involved concrete, structural steel, wood framing and wood trusses, exterior detailed masonry work and stone, siding, asphalt, shingled roof system, exterior windows and storefronts, and very elaborate site work including brick pavers, stamped concrete, and a gazebo. Mechanical and electrical systems, fire protection, an elevator, casework, and residential appliances were also included.

The building serves as patient housing during treatment for the existing McLaren Proton Therapy Center. The hospitality house has 32 guest rooms, kitchen areas, conference areas, laundry, arts and crafts, game rooms, dining, and all other requirements necessary for temporary living spaces.
