New construction of an approx. 61,000 SF headquarters building alongside a new 4,400 SF retail branch. Headquarters building is two-story plus terrane, including offices, workstations, conference areas, support areas, and elevators. Branch is one-story and includes offices, transaction areas, support areas, and drive-through lanes with protective awning.
Project also involved extensive site work, including site preparation, parking lots, entries, landscaping, sidewalks, utilities, and a retaining pond.
