Project consisted of roughly 15,000 SF of additions and 14,000 SF of renovations to the existing Brooke Point High School, including a three-story classroom/lab addition, a onestory wellness/multi-purpose room addition and renovation, a culinary arts classroom renovation, a one-story orchestra classroom addition, and a library renovation.

The addition materials and construction were designed to match the existing building, including steel frame and masonry load bearing exterior walls with brick veneer, built-up roofing at low slope roofs, standing seam roofs at sloped roofs, aluminum and glass curtainwall and storefront systems, and interior finishes similar to the existing building finishes.

Project included associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and site work.
